How come i still want to do this crap still [Selfharm related]?!

Question: How come i still want to do this crap still [Selfharm related]!?
It's been!.!. wow so long since it started!.

I've been trying to stop, well since i had that ephany that something is *seriously* wrong with trying to hurt yourself and bleed and cause bruses and sh*t like that!.

I've!.!. i've been able to last as long as like four or five months!.!. but lately since school started up again, i've been so stressed out and i don't know how to cope well!.

I've lost the sport i'm any good at due to mutiple injuries and problems with other teammates [long story short i was being harrassed and they kicked both of us off]

I'm kinda pissed right now!.!. its like, almost christmas, and i don't have a ******* clue what i'm gonna do about gifts for my one friend who has a child-like enthusiasm for the holidays!.!. because i've never done anything for christmas before really other than just read!.
And i'm supposed to be finishing a history project, but my printer doesn't have ink so i have to take it to school to print off!. it's due the 23rd, and i only have 3/4 the essay finished, and 9/10 of the pictures i need!. and i don't have a cover!. i'm wokring on it of course, so don't call me lazy!. i just took a lil break, kay!?!. It's like a HUGE part of my grade, but my teacher won't tell us what he wants!.

LIke!.!. this lack-of-structure is killing me!.

Okay!.!. that was rambled!. If anyone actually read that, any help is appreciated
[excuse any spelling errors!.!.!. yahoo spell check sucks, and i don't feel like pasting this in to MSword to fix it]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you know what's wrong with it and that you shouldn't do it so that massively cuts down on the lecturing part of my answer!. I guess the main thing to concentrate on is what is causing the problems: the stress!.

There is obviously a lot going on at the moment (everyone tends to get stressed at Christmas, buying presents, organizing parties, looming school deadlines and now the economy are lending the season an altogether gloomy mood) but if you just look at all your problems together they will look like a massive unsolvable chunk!.

Try solving things one by one!. Finishing the school project school be easy enough (although if you don't know what he wants he might just make you go back and do it all again)!. Just make sure you cover the main themes and source your pictures!. The title page is generally less important but since it is the first thing he is going to see I suggest you make it stand out!. Avoid cramming it full of information (after all, that's what the rest of your project will be about) but instead arouse curiosity: couple your main heading with a subtitle which poses a question to intrigue the reader and introduce the tone of your work!.

Save it on a USB stick + email it to yourself (you can never have too many backups) then just try and find a teacher who will let you use their printer (easier said than done)!. Don't worry about the seemingly unstructured curriculum: lots of the time they just want you to explore instead of constraining you to tedious and stereotypical questions!.

As for the Christmas-mad friend, get her a card and a present (the most last minute I've done has been 1am on Christmas morning)!. I find recipes tend to work well: homemade gifts mean you put a lot more thought and effort into them and they are far more personal!. You can also make batches: I made 50-something truffles for friends at school (you don't have to spend days making them and it takes very little work to get them to look impressive)!. Other than that (and possibly saying something along the lines of 'merry Christmas') there's not much more you can be expected to do!. Anyway, you have a week yet before that becomes a major problem!.

Sports
If you've been kicked out of your sports team, they're probably the worse for it but it doesn't mean you have to give up sports altogether!. Swimming and riding can be practiced as team sports but there's nothing to stop you from doing them on your own (although, for riding you might need a horse)!. You could easily go for a 1 hour swim once a week, or even every day!. It might even be more fun outside the competitive nature of team swimming!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cutting is not a medically accepted way to deal with stress!.
