Is it normal for me to stress and feel like this?!


Question: Is it normal for me to stress and feel like this!?
I'm 16 and i really don't know how to explain myself the only thing i can tell is that many people have told me that i have the thinking of a man who's life is ending and it really annoys me my mom says its great that i have matured But i can't believe that its ok to think that my life has basically come to a stand still and will never get better i try to optimistic but i can't for some reason i can convince myself that things will be okay i miss being a kid and i keep finding myself growing more distant with my friends and i catch myself pointing out there immaturity in my mind and it pisses me off i miss worrying that just about my grades and other senseless things but i can't i just worry about what is it that i have done with my life and how far have i really gotten and i'm always wondering when it will be my time to die i'm tired and i really just want to rest but i don't see what good that will do me!.!.!.any advise is welcome and yes i am VERY depressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, its perfectally okay!. Im still in juior high, and i feel that way!. The best thing to do is just train your brain!. You need to try to stop thiking the way youdo!. Go to your main friends and try to catch up!. Just tell them you want to talk, and that it will really help you!.(it will) just all you need to do now is concentrate in the moment!. Just think now!.Be with your friends and family!. spend lots of time just doing whatever!. Tell your mom that you dont want her to say it, just think it!. Tell her to treat you like a 16 year old, and for her just to spend time with you!. Maybe a pshycytris will help!. I went to my best friend and told her all my problems!. She comforted me and said it was okay, and that she would help me!. Try to join some sports or after school activities!. Maybe get a pet!. It will give you things to worry about, and things to do!. like walk it, feed it, take care of it!.!.etc!.!.!.!.!.that would be the one is recomend the most!. Remember, the world wont end if you stop and worry about an asssignment or a sport game!. You can think about the future later!. Maybe get a girlfriend, and she will be able to help you focus on one main thing!. HER!. So i hoped this helps, and i took thus advise, and its helping me!. I got a dog, and joined the vooleball team!. And the next basketball team!. My close girl and guy friends really helped me out!. And i think there is a guy who likes me!.!.!.:)

Focus on what will make you happy!. To much of your time is being spend on worrying, and negativity!. Find people that you admire and hang with them!. Be confident!. Live your life the way you want to, as long as your happy!.
