I would say that as long as it isnt affecting your life then dont worry!. We all have our little quirks that make us the people we are!.

My husband has to have the volume for his stereo set on an even number and will change it if it is on an odd number!.

If it gets to a point where it is affecting your life or choices, then i would seek medical advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you have mild OCD then so do i!. (and I'm fairly sure I don't)!. I have a routine of checking things in a certain order before I go to bed, but sensible things like doors are locked and i wander into the spare rooms just to check everything is ok and leave on certain lights and turn others off!. I don't worry about it but i couldn't not do it and feel comfortable enough to drop off!. I regard this as more of a human peculiarity, a comforting routine rather than anything more worrying!. Getting a bit stressed is not great but it doesn't give you a full blown panic attack!. Just keep an eye on it and if you think you have compulsions that are getting hard to control then discuss it with someone you trust, it probably won't get to that though so don't worry too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry about it you may end up growing out of it!. Lots of people have little things that annoy them and they feel they have to make sure!. Maybe set yourself some targets if you really want it to stop, for example let the score be odd no matter how much its stressing you out just leave it odd, then treat yourself to something you like to congratulate yourself for leaving it odd!. its all in the mind and you can overcome it, you just need to reassure yourself that you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have mild OCD and it hasn't affected my life at all!. Quite a few people in the world actually have it most people just don't admit it!. If it isn't affecting your life, which is sounds like it isn't I would leave it alone!. Just try to keep it in check and if you feel it beginning to get worse then go and talk to someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not 100% normal to do as you describe!.
But it is not harmful either as it is!. You obviously have it in mind as you do things, but it is not overcompulsive!.!.!.!.

Talk to a trusted adult or a walk in youth centre for further advice and a way forward, NHS DIRECT is a good source of youth couselling advice for you!.

Have a lovely Christmas and enjoy a peaceful unworried new year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
