Question: This question is about suicide!?
I want to kill myself, but then I don't!.!.!.!. I get so mad and frustrated that I want to kill myself but then I think about my family and friends!. But I don't even want to think about suicide!. How do you cope with being really mad, stressed, frustrated, ect!.!? Any tips for me!.!.!.!. (already see a therapist, im a depression which makes it a lot worse, and don't take any medsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the last poster!. You should talk to your friends about how you feel!. Find someone to talk to and they will help you keep it together as you find yourself!. It is a long process but you will come out stronger in the end!.
A tip on what you shouldn't do is take your frustration out on yourself through drugs and other negative coping mechanisms!. There are lots of great ways to make you feel better immediately, but they won't fix what is causing the problem, and you will 100% regret it later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you talk to anyone about why you feel this way, besides your therapist!? if you have friends and family!.!. talk to them!. Venting is the best way to cope!. Other than that maybe you just go to a psychiatrist and not just a therapist!.!. they may be able to help you a little more!.
