Do not suppress your emotions!. This can cause dissociative disorders like depersonaliztion/derealization, which are really hard to get out of!. Believe me, I have depersonalization/derealization, and it is far worse than depression!. I have these crazy philosophical thoughts all day long, and I've lost my personality, and I'm not sure how to get out of it!. It completely sucks, and that is why it is 3:31 a!.m!. and I'm online answering people's questions on yahoo instead of sleeping!.

So, do not suppress your emotions!. Also, if you feel bad, do not use marijuana, because although it is a relatively positive drug, it really screws with the way you think and act if you are depressed or anxious or are feeling bad, and it causes dissociation!. I found that out the really hard way!.

So your crazy thoughts are normal, but you need to stop suppressing your emotions immediately!. Feel your pain and take it in, even if it completely sucks and hurts!. To do anything else will only make things worse!.

Good luck and I hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course it is normal to think crazy!. When you suppress your emotions they tend to get jumbled with one another creating confusion!. Your not sorting out how you feel, you are just tying all of your emotions into one big messy knot!. Instead of suppressing your emotions try writing them down somewhere, or talking to someone who will listen without judging you!. People truly underestimate the power of getting your feelings out of your mind!. By talking about them, and exploring them you get to understand them, and once you understand them you get the power to control them!. Without the power to control them, they control you, and they lead to the crazy thoughts!. The mind is a very powerful thing!. Don't underestimate it!. Sometimes it seems as though it is an entity all its own!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude you're not alone, sometimes I will work events out in my head, like I will have an entire plan ready for stuff, just the other day I planned out how I was going to survive a zombie evasion, I had everything ready in my head, I had things set out like what I was going to do, how long I had to get out of the house, etc!. and this other time I thought I robbed a bank in my head so I figured out how I was going to escape the police and avoid society and move to mexico with this hot latino chick who would dominate me sexually, erm nevermind that, but dude don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So you are a "stuffer"!. I'm not name calling, I'm a stuffer too!.
That area of your brain is sort of like a closet!. You can keep stuffing it, but eventually it will be too full and spill out in an uncontrolled mess!.

That mess will affect your mood, your personality!.!.!.etc!.

Certain teachings that I have studied urged not to repress any bodily functions!. If you need to fart!.!.!.do it!. If you need to feel angry!.!.!. feel it!.

That way it is over and done! It's a hard path to follow and takes some discipline, but it is better than having to deal with the mess of a fall out!.

Try spending 15 min!. each night to let yourself wander and feel!.
Allow yourself to experience emotion!. This is something that you are doing in private, so you don't have to worry about others!. This is something you are doing for yourself!. Let your mind and body go where it needs to and don't 'stuff'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
