Early morning freak outs?!

Question: Early morning freak outs!?
Sometimes when my son wakes up early in the morning and I get up with him, I feel major stress about one thing or another!. Like this morning I started thinking about a blanket I left at my grandma's and started worrying that she would throw it away!. I wouldn't be too concerned if I thought about it once or twice and that was it, but I think about it all morning and even feel panicked!. Yesterday I was worried about all of the floors being clean and couldn't stop thinking about it until they were clean!. I vacuumed at three in the morning!.

I've never been like that before and this has started in the past few days!. I become fixated on something and stress over it until I'm sick!. After I go back to bed and get more sleep, it's almost like it never happened!.

Has this ever happened to you!? What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
sounds like you are having anxiety attacks!. Has an event triggered this!? The kind of free floating obsessions for example, the floors being clean, or your blanket can be symptoms of a problem or situation you need to resolve!. it's your brain's way of offering you delaying tactics!. You also sound exhausted which adds to the problem!. perhaps you need to see a counselor or see your Doctor who might suggest a mild tranquilizer to get you over these symptoms giving you space to tackle whatever you need to focus on!. I'm not a fan of medication in the long term, but maybe you need to ensure you break this cycle before it becomes entrenched!.
I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not over the same things, but I've fixated over things that must be done - lie awake worrying that I'd forget!. For me (and this doesn't work for everyone) I keep lists!. I carry a notebook about and when I think of things that have to be done, I write them down!. It helps me get them off my mind knowing that they won't be forgotten, they'll be done in order of importance - and vitally, it lets me put perspective on those small things that really aren't that important after all so I don't get overwhelmed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm definitely not an expert, but you honestly sound OCD!.
You're paranoid, you have to get things done in order to stop thinking about them, the floors have to be clean!.!.!.
You probably should go to a doctor to check though!. But I do think you're OCD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
