I have OCD and severe anxiety,... I feel as if my boyfriend is an enabler....?!


Question: I have OCD and severe anxiety,!.!.!. I feel as if my boyfriend is an enabler!.!.!.!.!?
And that I've also worn him out!. We've been dating for over a year and a half!. I love him!. But I'm absolutely miserable!. We live together!. But I've been thinking about getting my own apartment so that I could be miserable and sulk alone!.

I also think that having my own place and being single again will give me the independence I use to have back!.

Would you agree with that!?

I need suggestions!. I love my boyfriend!. But I feel stuck!. Trapped!. I don't know what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If he truly loves you, he'd want you to be happy as well!.

being miserable will only get worse for the both of you,
Take a break from him, be single, live life, and if you feel somethings not right then, you probably need someone in your life,

i dont belive being single is what you want
i think you need to change things relationships have dull spots, do things for yourself you can be commited and independant as you'd know already so start acting independant for 2 reasons

1 itll make you happier and give you time apart and
2 itll make your relationship more exciting because you will have more to talk about and also have that chance apart to miss each other and be excited to see each other again!.!.are ya following me!?

unless you absolutly sure about leaveing i wouldnt, i think if you do, itll become a patern and you will find someone else and do the same thing, try to reorganise you life and make yourself feel alive while your still with him, if you still need to after then reconsiderWww@Answer-Health@Com

I will say that I have never known a couple my self that ever get back together after taking a break unless its an on again off again relationship!.
Talk to him if the two of you think it is worth trying then maybe you should get some help or seek advice for working together!.
However the reason you are unhappy may have nothing to do with him!.
Poor diet and lack of exercises cause a drop in endorphins!.Having low endorphin levels can have the opposite affect of antidepressants!. They keep your moods negative until you get used to feeling that why!.
Do things together that are Physical!. And not sex!. I can make you feel good and being together links those positive emotions with your partner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
