Answers:
Wow!. This sounds as if however low your dosage has been, your "slow" decrease is not slow enough for you to cope with!.

Are you sure that these symptoms are a result of lowering your dosage!?

It seems that you were not taking this medication for long!.

You don't say why you needed to take these drugs!.
Was it for depression, anxiety!?
Could you explain more!.!.!.

Here in the UK, we are not given the name of the drug as you would know it!.!.!.!.

We usually know a particular drug by it's "genre" name, we only find out the original name much later!.!.!.

I do understand some of the symptoms you describe, but could you give more information!.!.

What you describe could be withdrawal symptoms, but they could also mean a need for some other form of help (antidepressant)!.

As you do not indicate what type of drug, or why you were taking this drug!.
It is too difficult to give you an answer that may help you!.!.!.

More information required!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell your doctor, but you will probably have to ride it out!.!.!. these are very common side effects for clonaz!. Try melatonin an hour before bed, Maalox for nausea, and Ibuprofen for the pain!. Sorry!.!.!.!.give it a week or two!.

Hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Poor you, that sounds really nasty!. My son was prescribed this medicine as well as Clozapine (anti-psychotic) which has its own set of side-effects, but wisely he has managed to avoid taking the Clonazepam, despite my husband's "a pill for every problem" approach of trying to give him one of these tablets every time he gets a bit stressed!.

My husband usually ends up taking them to get to sleep, but they don't work for very long!. I have taken the odd one or half of one to help me sleep, but have found that despite getting off nicely to sleep, I have then woken up 2-3 hours later, and have not been able to settle back to sleep for hours!.!.!.!.Years ago, I was on Valium as well as antidepressants, and remember horrible tension in my jaw and other places when I was cutting down on the Valium (Diazepam)!.

I will pray for you to get over this as quickly as you can - you are doing the right thing by not going back on a higher dose to stop the pain!. I am sure it will settle in time!. Meanwhile, what I find good for sleep, and which one can buy cheaply over the pharmacy counter in the UK, is Phenergan (antihistamine, proper name Promethazine), Take about 25ml an hour or so before bed, and it should help you get a decent sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
