What I did:

First I wrote down every thing about myself that made me feel selfconcious!. After that, I thot of everyhing that I am good at!.

Then I took my list of things I was conscious about, and thought of how I could fix it, or make myself feel better about it, for example, I did not like wearing glasses cuz I thot I looked bad in them, so I got contact!.!.!.

Try this! It really worked for me

And also try and not worry about what other ppl think of you

Sports!.!.!. getting involved in a club or activity type thing!. Seriously!. I'd hear this when I was young, and imagine the most boring tedious, sappy type of activities, and dismiss them as not being for me!. But there are actually some lovely, enjoyable activites that you can be apart of!. They make you feel accomplished, and 'boost' your self esteem!. So put down the junk food, because that's not helping, and get out there and do something new!. You can start at the Y!. You can go to the hospital and volunteer!. There are all sorts of things you can do!. So, go do them!. Now!. Go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

working out ALWAYS makes you feel accomplished and not only makes your physically look better but it HAS been shows that it increases your selfworth and self esteem level as well as gives you more energy during the day, no lie <3

& it helps me tremedously :)


(it also lowers your anxiety to eat sweetheart! :) i promise, look into it if you want, i use to eat alot continously too
