Feeling like a loser after loosing job.. help.?!
Question: Feeling like a loser after loosing job!.!. help!.!?
I lost my job a few days ago due to attendance, however I have been ill and on fmla, in fact i was in the hospital for a week before this job loss happened!.!. however Florida is an "at will" state so the employer can let you go at anytime for any reason!.
I have all these feelings that I don't know what to do with!. I am a single mom of 3 who has worked for 20 years!. I am scared, mad, sad, I feel very hopeless!.
I have applied for unemployment and food stamps to help until I can find work that wants to hire a person with health conditions!.
I guess what I need to know has anyone else been through this!? How did you cope!? Is this grieving period normal or am I just feeling sorry for myself!. I have too many emotions right now to really sort through them!.
Any sincere help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not a loser for loosing your job look all of the thing you have to do you should be proud that you are a single mom and you don't need a man to help you to me you are a winner because all of the thing you have to go thrown every dadWww@Answer-Health@Com
Perhaps you have had feelings kept at bay when you were busy and now you have a lot of time to think they may be catching up on you!. Also not having a job you will feel you have no purpose and possibly start to feel slightly depressed!. Fill your day with activities and try to be active!. Good luck in finding a new job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
