Am I emotionally unstable or is it hormones?!

Question: Am I emotionally unstable or is it hormones!?
Hi!. I am 16 and the past six months or so my emotions have been all over the place!.

I am happy and joyful one minute, and then when someone says something or just randomly, I feel gloomy or very angry and spiteful, sometimes I will feel the urge to cry!. Alternatively, I am mobile, having a wonderful time with my friends and then I will just want to go home right away or I will get irritated at them!.

I do not think I am depressed because I do not feel aches, pains, or anything in that nature!. I still have a good time and everything, do I just not control them enough, or is it something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be that you are an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)!. HSPs are more easily overwhelmed, especially in social situations, since we are picking up on more sensory info then the average person!. If this sounds familiar, psychologist Elaine Aron wrote a book on HSPs called 'The Highly Sensitive Person' with info backed by research and case studies!. She offers a lot of great tools and tips on how to manage this often misunderstood trait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be hormones or it could be the beginning of BiPolaar Disorder!. Does anyone in your family have a history of any type of mental illness!? Also you need to look at other things, like trouble focusing, sleep issues, etc!. Just keep track of these issues over time and if they increase speak to your GP or advisor at school!.
