What should I think about while meditating?!


Question: What should I think about while meditating!?
I do try not to think of anything!. I know that's how it's supposed to work!. But I can't help but to think!. Help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most of the time it is important to feel relaxed when meditating so just think about whatever relaxes you the most!. For example waves crashing and being a rain forest just some things like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to think about anything that isn't negative, or anything that wards away negativity!. Think about smiling and traveling around mountains, flying up high into the heavens, shining like a star to all the world, howling like a wolf, swimming like a dolphin, think of traveling everywhere!. Being everything!. Experiencing the nature of this world!. Adventure is what you are looking for in meditation, adventure in your mind to ease your heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try and think about how to correct your own character flaws and thus how to help the world become that much better you know focus on the things that really matter

also think on your mistakes and forgive yourself for them in this way try to accept that these things happen and that you will try to do better next timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

well
first, stare at one object, and visualize yourself at the beach!. imagine that your really there!. visualize the clouds water temp!. the warm sand, etc!.
then close your eyes and stay still!.
and try not to think of anything


eventually you'll be able to clear your head!.

you go into your meditative state with a question or something you are seeking enlightenment on!. So, once you get into a true meditative state, let your mind wonder where it may, you will find what you are looking for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like white light meditation!. I imagine a white light building up from the center of my body until it shoots out my hair, fingertips, and toes!. Works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i usually think about being on the beach because thats when i am happiest but wherever you wish you were at that moment, or wherever you feel most safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is why you have a Mantra
A Mantra is a sound, like a word, only it has no meaning!.
"Harring" would be a good mantra - since it is pronounceable, but has no meaning!.
You select a mantra and say it silently in your head over and over and over!. Doing this blocks other thoughts from taking hold!. Eventually, the mantra will fall away from your consciousness and you will be left thinking nothing!.
When you realize that a thought has reentered your thinking, go back to the mantra and repeat it till it falls away!. Keep doing this process throughout your meditation time
