When you go to the doctor, he/she will most likely take a medical history especially pertaining to mental health!. You will probably be given a list of symptoms to go over and check the ones you are experiencing!. He will also want you to tell him how you feel and when everything started!.Your course of treatment will depend on your individual case!.
Good luck with your diagnosis and treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can have mood swings with just depression!. The high "pole" of bipolar is Mania, which is something far more than just being in a wonderful mood!. It is a very high energy episode with distorted perceptions, racing thoughts, sometimes is euphoric (a happy high feel ling), other times can be dysphoric (angry, raging )!. It is most often just as, if not more disruptive to school/work/social life as depression!.!.!.!.!.it tears apart relationships, leads people to make impulsive, reckless decisions!. I almost lost my job on my last manic episode!.!.!.!.and should have with the events that occered!.!.!.!.just have an awesome boss!.

You haven't said anything that really suggests that!.

And you have to have mania to have bipolar!.!.!.!.!.without mania, it is just unipolar depression!. People anymore just like to use bipolar to describe anyone that is moody or has mood swings!.!.!.!.!.!.that is not what bipolar is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mood swings can happen in depression as well as trouble sleeping!. I don't think that you are bipolar!.

That being said, I would just like to say that there is no reason to be so condescending, ovationl, she has a legitimate concern about her health and she does not need to be criticized while seeking help!. Not one peron I have met thinks having a mental illness is cool!. There is no reason to assume that she is trying to make drama, you have never met this person and know nothing about her!.

Your attitude is obnoxious and counter-productive and i just felt i needed to say something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
