Self-confidence is suffering...?!


Question: Self-confidence is suffering!.!.!.!?
my self-confidence has never been really high and sometimes I wonder why!.!.!.I've been put down a lot and it affects me, even though I know it should not!. I guess I'm not really surrounded by very positive people!.!.nor am I very positive myself!.!.!.!.so my question is--how do you boost your self-confidence level when everything around you is so negative and condescending!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe attempt to remove yourself from the majority of the negative attitudes OR expand your circle of friends to include some more positive people!. Pick up an activity that you enjoy (REALLY enjoy) and work to excel at it!. Volunteer, sometimes helping others can really boost your self confidence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want a good way to boost your happiness and self confidence, to the doctor and ask to go on an SSRI Antidepressant, such as Fluvoxamine!. I've been on them for years!.

I'm a strong believer that if you have low self-confidence, it just means you're too smart to be happy :) Most people are so stupid they don't realise how depressing everything really is!. Hope this helps! Smile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I pretty much have the same problem!.!.!.Sometimes get sick of walking around with a fake smile on my face!. My answer is!.!.well, start doing something you like to do!.!. I've never been a sports-person myself!. but hey, you could give it a try!. Finding out your good at something usally raises your confidence a bit!.
