Mental illness and Hand Ticks?!

Question: Mental illness and Hand Ticks!?
I have noticed when im thinking intensely i have this strange hand tick!. i havent overly noticed it but lately i have!. my hand moves like im clicking my fingers sort of but i dont make a noise!. the only way i found to make it stop is to put my hands in my pockets or in my belt loop!.

i have other issues of anger problems and i have problems scatterbraining!. i seem to have a different view on things and dont process information like others!. i get hyper but i also get very mellow!. ive been very daring and stupid ive tried to stop this but i still have out bursts from time to time not as server as they use to be!.

but im concerned this is a sign that i might have an illness of some kind!. i was wondering if anyone else experiences this and if i should be seeing a psychologist about it as i plan to start a family soon and dont want to get out of hand a few years down the track with a small child in the picture!.

does anyone have any advice for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I notice Michelle Obama makes a funny face when she is thinking hard!. I chew on a pencil or a paintbrush when I am thinking hard!. A lot of people stick out their tongues when they are concentrating!. I think this is just a cute little quirk of yours & you shouldn't obsess over it!. Quirks like that make people interesting & lovable, imo!.

Google anger management for more on that topic!. Are you sure you aren't mostly blowing your stack during PMS!? A lot of ladies do get PMS pretty severely!. That's no excuse to verbally abuse someone, but you can be aware that you are irritable and over-reacting to things, and that awareness does help!. If you do berate someone, then apologize after you calm down, and try to do better in the future!. If your anger problems are causing serious relationship issues, then I do think some counseling would really help you live a better life, and have much stronger relationships!. Scatterbraining is often a symptom of too much multitasking, so you do everything less than half as good, or not getting enough sleep!. It can be a symptom of a mental disorder too, but mostly what I see in others is they are doing too many things at once, so they aren't paying enough attention to any one thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have anger issues that can cause twitching in the hand, I myself have a nervous tick in my left eye when ever i get agitated!.

Bottom line is are you in control!? having ticks in the hands and eye has got to be way better than beating the crap out of someone else right!?

If you think you are on top of it then you are, but if you are the least bit uncertain then you might want to get professional help, or just sit down with a close friend and talk it out with them!. It helps to have someone you trust who can tell you if you are getting to close to the line!.
You might also try constructive channels for you anger, draw, paint!. try lifting weights, it helped me a lot!.
or a herbal supplement, like saint john's wart (natures Prozac)
I tried it but the calm feeling seemed artificial somehow, made my mind race!.
well, i don't know if any of this helps, BUT HANG THE HELL IN THERE!

Good luck and good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
