i was roared at by this girl infronnt of everyone last may in front of everyoune at school !!!!! i cant get over it now how do i let go !?!?!?!?!?!?!? she was from ivory coast so she was new and i tried to b friends with her and she roared me to fk offf and leave her alone so loud !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Last May!? That's a long time for it to still be bothering you but it's not surprising that you were upset!. The Ivory Coast is a horrible place and TBH it produces horrible people like her and you were suddenly put on the spot trying to deal with a girl who by her nature is very aggressive, bullying and probably physically violent!. It may have all happened in the space of a few seconds but it was a dramatic and serious moment and you're dealing with it the best you can!.

You should try to forget this happened!. She sounds a horrible girl, you are much better than her because you tried to welcome her!.
Only you will remember this happened!. Try not to get the panic attacks!. Take deep breaths and tell yourself over and over again she is not worth it!.

I honestly don't think anyone would remember - or if they do they wouldn't care!. It's the type of event that only means something to you and maybe to the new girl who for some reason took her insecurity out on you and might be playing it over and over in her mind too!.
