Question: Trouble sleeping!? Please Help!!?
Lately I have been having a lot of trouble falling asleep at night!. It takes me up to 3 hours to fall asleep every night! I dont know what it is! Any suggestions to get me to fall asleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, when you go to bed tonight, lay in a position that is not your normal sleeping position when you usually fall asleep!. Stay there!. Be very aware of your breathing!. The sounds, the repetition of your breaths, try to clear your mind if it is busy!. Keep doing the breathing exercises, at the first moment you feel tired/sleepy, roll to your sleeping comfort position, hopefully you will fall asleep!. thats what i do, it works for me, try it tonight, if it works, gimme d best answer tomorrow, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I cannot give you an actual diagnosis for your insomnia, but I can give you some advice concerning things that will help you to fall asleep!. Exercise, especially when vigorous or competitive, can be extremely helpful in this situation; if you exercise a couple of hours before you intend to go to sleep, you will fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly!. Another thing that you may consider is eating your last meal - presumably dinner - at a slightly later hour!. The consumption of food naturally makes your body tired, and this may help you to fall asleep (Note: this does not mean that you should eat dinner and immediately go to bed)!. i have the same problemm what i do is watch like a borin movie and make myself close my eyes and just keep like thinkin stuff n u fall asleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
