How would you describe this situation?!

Question: How would you describe this situation!?
My family encroach my my personal space, all the time!. They seem to constantly go in and out of doors, making loud noises, even when I play music I feel like they're hovering around and listening, waiting to jump on me and accuse me of something!. Sometimes I have only to walk through the kitchen and they're shouting at me and accusing me of something that never happened!.The minute I walk in the house my mum is into my bedroom, upheaving it, exposing my privacy, and ordering me to do something, just because I happened to walk in from the garden!. The toilet is close to my study, and I hear the loud toilet flushing away, and it always seems like my mum and dad are heading up there to follow me, to use the toilet, just when I'm trying to find a place to hide away from the world!. Then they find a reason to blame me for something!. The more I pull away, the more they're hammering up to me, to find me and blame me for things I couldn't possibly have done!. I'm not a teenager, but I feel I am being treated like some kind of prisoner of a game!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds horrendous and a little similar to what I went through as a teen!. You say you're not a teen!. How old are you!? Are you old enough to move out!? I know that's the easiest way to answer your question but I had to ask!. When I was in my teens I had very little personal space and privacy too!. My mother wouldn't even let me change my room around and in the end it became so unbearable I had to move out!. Mind you, I had to wait until I finished my degree to do it and that really sucked!.

The only suggestion I can make is that you find an alternative place to study and spend time!. You might consider a library that you like, or even a park - granted they're not much chop when it comes to privacy but they're away from these irritating distractions that you're describing!.

Lastly, I would suggest you take up a form of relaxing exercise like yoga to centre yourself!. Yoga really is a great way to relax and let it all go!. Give and hour of relaxation time to yourself a week, it looks like you really need and deserve it!. I hope this is helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Moving out would be the best thing!. Imagine having yoru ownplace where no one can encroach on your privacy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Everyone will have fights now and again that are pretty negative," "Children are not fragile this way!. It is only when there is an accumulation of negative fights that the children lose confidence in the emotional security of the family!."

The fights that hurts a child may have some or all of these negative features:

* Defensiveness
* Personal insults
* Verbal hostility
* Nonverbal expressions of hostility
* Stonewalling
* Physical aggression, physical violence is enormously damaging to children's emotional well-being!.
I think it is really important that children be shielded from the really difficult fights that parents sometimes need to have!. "They need to be shielded from conflicts that are too much for them to understand!. If they do witness arguments, it is very important that they see their parents resolve those conflicts and compromise!. Because that is how children learn that conflict!.

I went through a lot of those symptoms that I wrote down!.!.My parents and I went through the same thing,even today they still time to time!. Made me fill like I wasn't good enough,Did everything for me cause they thought I wasn't smart enough!. My parents blame me for thing that cant be helped like making a mess etc!.I did the same thing when I lived at home I pulled away!. I stayed in my bed room all the time!. When I got old enough I moved out!. We still have our moments but at least I don't live with them anymore!. Don't get me wrong I care for my parents but they make it really hard!. Hang in there G/F HugsWww@Answer-Health@Com
