Get some small snacks from the vending machine to snack on! Munching will help you stay awake!. Maybe sneak away for a small stroll down to the bathroom to get your motor skills going too!

there is more caffeine in a cup of black tea than in a cup of coffee, but what ever is available!. the best "fast" sources of sugar are fruit juices(like orange or apple juice)
if you are really desperate you can wet a rag or paper towel, and dab it on your pressure points!.(wrists,inside elbows,back of neck,around ears,back of knees, and ankles!.) hope this helps, its what i do when i have to stay up all nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

close your eyes, imagine moving your muscles, try as hard to move them with thought!.!.!. move your arms with thought alone (without physically moving your arms) just imagine it and feel as though you are about to !.!. like you're charging them getting them ready to but never really move them!.!.!. then intensify this gradually until you feel like you're about to burst, just then!.!. inhale deeply and think of yourself as filled with TONS of energy! this is kinda known as psyching yourself out, getting pumped full of energy by will!.

ummm caffeine and sugar will actually only make it worse after your few minute burst of energy!.!.!.go to the restroom and walk super fast then do some jumping jacks or run in place to get your heart beat up!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
