Im a zombie..is there any hope?!


Question: Im a zombie!.!.is there any hope!?
for the past 4 years ive been changing medications from zoloft, effexor, prozac, klonopin, xanax, proponolol, clonazepam, and others i cant even remember!!!! now im jus on the prozac and the clonazepam and proponlol!.!.!.!.i am a complete zombie and have been for the past 4-5 years of my life and the reason im on these medications is bc i stuggle with anxiety!! i just hate my life and i drink and party a lot and just am self destructing!. I dont know what to do bc w/o my medication i would be unable to face the world and with the meds i do but im just a zombie i mineas well end it now bc the life im living now is rle not a life to be worth living!. And as for therapy goes ive been to so many i swear i could become a therapist myself!. if there is a god out there or sumthing pls jus give me an answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your sentencing is very cluttered, which tells me that you're getting flustered just talking about this! Calm down and breathe! DON'T DRINK AND PARTY ALL OF THE TIME! Alcohol and staying up late won't help anxiety, and I'm sure you MUST have been told this and have ignored it!. They told you it for a reason!

Don't end your life!. That's a cowardly way to get rid of a problem, and think about how your friends would feel if they lost you!

In the morning, do you just go for your pills, and then go about routine, day after day after day!? If you do, stop it! TAKE the pills, of course, but don't do the same everyday!. Go to work/school, and come home!. Take up a hobby, play music, select an author and try to read a set amount of their books in the year! Give yourself a task to calm your mind and get yourself thinking about what you are doing!. Take up something that involves thinking!. Don't take up something that can become less and less strenuous as it goes, like painting/drawing/etc, but something preferably physical like yoga/running or something that initiates different parts of the mind!.

If you are going to read, listen to soft music in the background, as this starts up another part of the mind too!. If it is yoga, then listen to your favourite music, and if it is playing an instrument, try and find music for your favourite songs, so it'll keep your interest!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i can relate sooo much ive taken medicines for ocd anxiety depression and tics im currently taking 10mg of lexapro and my friends say i sound like im on drugs and high but when i dont take my medicine i feel terrible so i usually take it anyways

I would recommend finding out what your specific anxiety is and then figure a way to contront it!. Once you realise that the anxiety is all in your head, or isn't as extreme as you make it out to be, you will be in a better place to start from!.

Suicide is never the answer!. You are young, and everyone have tough times!. Strength is what gets us through, and you are a strong person because you are still here and you have asked these questions!. You are aware that there is a problem, and that is a hurdle not many can jump!

Deal with the anxiety!.!.!. what is it, what is freaking you out!.!.!.!? Instead of masking it, find it and confront it!. You will feel like a brand new person!.

And stop the boozing!.!.!. it will only screw with whatever meds you are on!. And dump any so-called friends that allow you to self-destruct like you are!. They are not helping you, so get rid of them!.

The best thing to do with therapy is to listen to what they are saying and to be honest with them!. If they give you advice, take it! They know what they are talking about!
