How do you help yourself cheer up?!


Question: How do you help yourself cheer up!?
I m in my late twenties and am having a really really hard time in life!. Havent been able to find a job since my layoff in August, I ran dry of unemployment, I have literally applied everywhere and no one will hire me!. I risk losing my financed car, I am in severe debt!. I just moved back to a state I once lived but have NO support system, all my Friends here moved!. An hour ago my live in boyfriend of almost 2 years told me I make him miserable, Im having a spiritual Identity issue I have been working on and!.!. I guess thats it!. I cant go get presc!. drugs or see a doc, I just feel like im at the lowest point ever and need some help to get through!. What are some good things to cheer up and keep truckin'!? Any powerful music, or a jog(I dont run though)!? Any ideas!? Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

When I am having a rough time I try to do a couple of things!. First I take a walk or dance to some loud music, (i'm no dancer) so when I feel silly about it i can laugh at myself!. I will get online like this and talk to people, go to my myspace page, or just try to help some one who is a little sadder than me!. If I can help some one else I feel better!. I too have been off work since March, have a huge mortgage, bills are piling up etc!., but I know that if I helped one person out of a funk then I did something positive that day!. Then I can focus on being positive too! It doesn't pay the bills right now but try to volunteer, it can open doors!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
