Answers:
You are putting everybody elses needs ahead of your own!. You are suffering and need help!. Go to your family doctor first and see how he can help you!. Tell your parents!. Even though they are having difficulty dealing with your sister's depression they love you just as much and would be more hurt if you didn't tell them!. You're carrying a heavy burden and our parents are there to help us through good times and bad!. As for your friends they do not understand what you're going through and probably feel they don't know how to help you!. Find a support group where others are going through depression because not only can they relate to your pain but they will support and encourage you!. Hang in there and please let your family know what you're going through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First try to know your origin!. Your original position or state!. Our original state is pure, perfect and strong!. When we lose our track, we get imbalanced!. Imbalance leads to depression!.

Do not allow your brain to be polluted, adulterated or contaminated!.

Remove all your huge accumulation of impurities and imperfections, if any, from your body and mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell your parents you need to go to a doctor!. Life is not fun being depressed!. I have been depressed and can tell you I feel much better taking 75mg effexor every day!. Don't give up
good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

The first answer is really best, but if you really don't want to cause undue stress on your parents:

1!. Start noticing everything around you!. Try to imprint on your memory every detail of the day!. Go for a walk, smell everything, hell take a bite of a leaf if you want!. Get out, feel the air, meet people, touch as much as you can!. Rather than taking normal routes say though school or work try and explore new ways to get to where you're going!. Open unmarked doors, turn left instead of right (unless you're following a GPS, the GPS lady gets so cross)!.!.!. Think about how much you don't know and how much you WANT to know!.

2!. Ask yourself "Why am I depressed!? What's causing it!? How can I change it!?"!. Try learning something completely out of whack, for example I learned the airspeed of an unladen European swallow!.!.!. try and find something in your house you have no idea how works (an iPod, for instance)!. Google (or AOL if you're american) around for the schematics, try and figure out how to modify it, say to change the hard drive to a bigger size!. Think, again, about how much you can do and learn in life!.

3!. Ok, if you're still depressed after really doing the first 2 steps, you need druuugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to your parents!. Depression can be a very serious thing!. I know you don't want to burden your parents because of everything that is happening with your sister but you really need to talk to them!. I'm sure they would much rather deal with you having depression then dealing with your suicide because your depression got that bad!. I have been depressed for 5-6 years and telling my parents and getting help was the best thing I ever did!. I have times where I'm depressed but I've learned how to be happy!. Good luck to you!. And if you wanna talk more you can personally message me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't know if this will work for you but it sure did for me, i tried lots of medicine and they made me worse or feel like a zombie so i took matters in to my own hands and did some reasarch on natural stuff!. try to look at the good things in your life!. and find a good hobby that you enjoy, keep your self bussy and your mind off of the bad things if you can!.!.

i was depressed for a long time when i was younger and i had bad anxiety attacks, i couldent even work for a while the anxiety was so bad , I did not want to kill my self or any thing like that, just kind of down in the dumps and lost interest in a lot of things i used to like a lot!. i tried different types of medicine and it just made me feel like a zombie or made it worse so eventually gave up on that kind of thing and i took matters in to my own hands!. this is what i did

i started working out 5 days a week, eating really healthy, things like oatmeal and veggie sandwiches!. no meet or junk food except for Fridays, i started taking a multi vitamin that has a lot of b vitamins in it and a omega complex vitamin every day,

in the morning i have shot of apple cider vinegar in half a glass of watter (look up apple cider vinegar for heath benefits ), I drink a lot of green tea and water through out the day, i eat bananas for the potassium, i also quit smoking cigarettes and drinking!. every thing i mentioned here has excellent health benefits that should help with depression a lot, and just make you feel better in general and give you more energy!.!.

some days i would get up and go back to sleep 2 hours later and stay asleep till i got up to go to work that night!.!. basically i was lazy,
pissed off, had no energy or motivation and was depressed, one day i
forced my self to start working out!.!. i noticed a big rush of energy when i was done!.!. and every day i forced my self to work out!.!. and felt much better every day after i had worked out!. some times you got to make your self do things!.!. no matter how crappy you feel or lazy and mad you are!.!. just do it, you may halve to force your self to start doing things but you must start doing them or nothing will change!.!.!.

start dressing nice and get a good hair cut you look good you feel good, also you may want to look up 5-htp its a amino acid you get in the vitamin section at wall greens or where ever!. 5-htp pretty much does what anti depressants do!.!. increase your serotonin levels in your brain!.!.!. only this is natural and not a bunch of chemicals mixed to gather like the medicines!.!.

some other alternatives to taking medicine, some people like st!. johns wort a lot, but it takes a while to start working, and there is also something called L-Theanine, its a vitamin that is kind of hard to find!. its got some of the stuff that green tea has in it!. alot of people think that helps out big time,

the anxiety attacks were scary i thought i was gonna die and went to the emergency room a few times just to be told nothing was wrong with me!. i would get really hot, my heart would pound, my vision would get crazy, my arms would go numb and all kinds of stuff, it was horrifying,

after i was able to assure my self that it was just anxiety and nothing was wrong when i would get a attack i was able to calm my self down and get rid of it in a few seconds, that took a while but i eventually got there and learned to control them, i no longer have the attacks, it did take a while to get rid of them but i did it and they are gone!.!. mind over matter

go see that move yes man with jim carrye too!.!. it will really make you think about your life!.!.!. and how easy you can change it for the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
