Why do i feel sad all of a sudden?!
Question: Why do i feel sad all of a sudden!?
Ive been so happy, feeling great, doing everything right (not literally i mean eating well living well) like really really happy, for ages just in a good place
but i sat down tonight and i feel so sad and weird, i dont know what it is, theres no reason for it, absolutly none
but i just feel really sad and like insecure or somthing

Hi hun,
When I was a bit younger in my teenage years, I had feelings like this alot!.This is common in young adults and teenagers, especially in women and girls!.
It could just be lifestlye/hormone changes and sometimes people can go from from been 'too' happy and they can experience the 'come-down' from that and feel a bit flat!. Besides hormones, an un-balanced diet and periods can also cause an in-balance of feelings and moods!.

So, don't worry about it too much hun!. Try and keep a diary write in it every day all your moods and feelings
If you feel not quite right and still low, just pop and see your doctor and have a talk with them!.
