I'm thinking you mean Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), not Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder!.
Getting a book on OCD from the library will inform you better than taking random tests on the Internet!. A test alone is not good enough to make a diagnosis!. A person can have a high level of anxiety & interpret questions in such a way as to diagnose themselves with a disorder!. A psychologist (PhD) or psychiatrist (MD) is more likely to give an accurate diagnosis!. Not all counselors are knowledgeable about OCD!.
There are lots of things that we might obsess about in life, or we might have a few harmless compulsions, but that does not necessarily mean that we have a disorder!.
If you do have OCD, you'll probably need a psychologist who does cognitive behavioral therapy &/or a psychiatrist who prescribes meds for OCD!.
