I can't sleep... and...?!


Question: I can't sleep!.!.!. and!.!.!.!?
Im 15 almost 16 and I've had problems getting to sleep since I was like!.!.!. 10!. But its beginning to annoy the hell out of me!.!. Can anyone give me any tips on how to get sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is easy, just try to stay awake as long as possible!.!.!. that always makes me fall asleep!.!.!. if that doesnt work try to wake up earlier in the morning so that you will be more tired later that night!. Or try to get your hands on some PM pills, you know the ones that make you sleepy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, go to www!.sleepingsounds!.com!. This has different nature sounds and pleasant noises that you can mix and match together and it creates a calm soothing atmosphere!. It puts you in a relaxing state!. Make sure your lights are off or wear a massaging sleeping mask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See your family doctor to give you another s type of subscription (sleeping pills for instance) he/she might help you with this problem/situation!.!.!.

melatonin!. it's a chemical in your brain however, you can get it in tablet form!. it is an OTC drug, and can be found at your local grocery store, pharmacy, Walgreen's, all that!. i think that you should give it a try!.!.!. it worked out great for me!.!. haWww@Answer-Health@Com

listen to music
read a history book or english book or something boring you'll be sleeping in no time hahaha, happens to me

keep room quiet
sleep same time every night
dark room
eye patches
don't stress or drink soda before you sleep
what else!?
close your eyes

1) Go to gym, go for run or play sports!. This tires your body to sleep!.
2) Stop taking caffeine products in the evening!.
3) Don't eat late!.
4) Don't stay up on computers or TV late in the night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Peanut butter sandwich!. Warm milk or hot cocoa made with warm milk!. Warm bath before bedtime!. That should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
