Was I molested? (unsure of the definition)?!

Question: Was I molested!? (unsure of the definition)!?
Over the summer and into the fall, I had a friends with benefits thing going on with this guy who was 18!. I was 17!. I developed a crush on him, and then fell out of the crush with him though still hung out with him all the time!.

One day we were in his room watching TV and on the computer!. It was me, this guy, and this guy's friend!.

He pretty much held my arms so I couldn't move, raised up my shirt and bra against my will, and the guy's friend took a picture of it on his cell phone!.

I'm still kind of traumatized over it even though I feel like it's my fault since I used to have sex with the guy so he probably thought I wouldn't care or something!.

I don't know!. It really bothers me to think about though!. I have a boyfriend now who is my age and takes really good care of me and I don't like to mention it to him because it makes him really angry and want to beat up this guy!.

Was I sexually harassed, or molested, or what's the term, really!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The term would be assault!.
Before you go to the police to turn him and change society's outlook on him as a rapist, make sure you have all your eggs in one basket!.

What he did was very wrong but consider the other basket!.

questionable eggs
- Did You your parameters establish date and time of when to touch each other and if others could be present!?
- Did you struggle as if your life depended on it and yell as much as possible!?
- Did you go to the police already!?

I am not a lawyer, but if you answered yes to those then yeah you have some grounds to report him!.
If you did not, You seriously need to consider how you are going to pursue this, because yours and especially his life and could be seriously damaged!.

This is why society has the problems that is does with rape and sexual assault, because to many people get into relationships involving sex and when one party has certain limitations as opposed to the other party that is where the problems begin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

usualy when some one over 18 has sex with some one under 18 its considered molestation, some states do have a diffrent age limit but usualy 18 is the standard!.and when ever some one forcufly expoces a privit part of some ones body thats called harassment and molestation no matter the age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sexual assault!. If you feel like you were forced to expose yourself you should contact the police!. If he can do this to a 'friend' what could he do to a woman he barely knows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it was!. Firstly you were very uncomfortable and thats enough to prove it plus taking a photo of you just made things worst than ever!.

So it is molestation!.!.!.
