Question: How to reduce our nervousness while doing a presentation!?
I have a big problem!.!.!.I couldn't reduce my nervousness while do any presentation in front of other people!.!.!.It's quite bothering my mind every day!.!.!.Sometime I will lost my point if I was too nervous!.!.!.Please help me!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are some things I did to reduce/conceal my nervousness:
1) I got used to being in front of people!.
2) I really studied the subject I was talking about so I could convey my message!. (I used to stutter sometimes!.)
3) I talked with my hands so they class couldn't see me shake!.
4) When I spoke I made sure I knew the message I was trying to get across!.
I had a few classes where I had to perform in front of the class and I didn't want to look foolish by being nervous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't rehearse it constantly!. Because then if you mess up you will be stuck trying to find exactly where you are supposed to start!. Make note cards with single words on them and have a good idea on what you're supposed to say about them!. Just go with the flow though; relax!. Stand in a comfortable position, hands in front of you holding the note cards, and make eye contact with the audience!. Realize that they will all have to go through the same pressure and stress when they present; you aren't alone!. Also, maybe wear your favorite outfit or something so that your self image is boosted!. Hope this helps, I used to have the same problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have the same problem and I hate it!. Just try to imagine yourself presenting it to only one person!. I don't know about you, but when I am watching a presentation, I have a lot of sympathy for the person if they are nervous!. Realize that most people are feeling that way for you!. We are always hardest on ourselves!. Just imagine you are presenting only to your mother or someone that really loves you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hi, I also suffer from this issue, and let me tell you, you CAN get through it!. Someone told me once to just "feel my feet on the floor"!. I tried that, and I kept doing it again and again when I felt I lost my focus when I got nervous!. So try to "feel your feet on the floor", and you will be a little more grounded in your presentation and keep yourself from "going there", being nervous!. Good luck!. Continue to breathe in a slow and deliberate manner!.
Have a sniff of chamomile Essential Oil and maybe rub a few drops onto the inside of your wrist!. This way you can sniff it again when you feel the need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't look at the people, but if you must, pretend they are all very silly looking!. Also, before you start, give yourself a pep talk and tell yourself how good you're going to do!. Don't let it show that it makes you nervous!.
