Can stress make you feel ill?!


Question: Can stress make you feel ill!?
I've been under a big change in my life recently, left my job and am pursuing a business career for myself!. A lot of work is ahead of me and I've been working very hard the past few weeks!. I don't eat properly (2 big meals a day) and when I'm home I don't exercise anymore (my past job was physically beneficial)!.

Yes, absolutely!. Stress is something that occurs mentally and since your brain controls everything, it can change the way you feel and act!. You should really calm down a bit, and give your body time to catch up with everything that goes on in your life!. It may take a bit of time, but this is probably just your 'rocky' start, so don't spazz too much!. yes it could!. I had so much stress that my stomach would hurt like nothing ive ever felt before!. and its not good for you either!. I used to find myself crying myself to sleep each night with stomach pains and my head spinning, you need to learn how to cope with all this stress!. I take long walks until my head is clear, or when I cant I will just lay down!. Its all about how you deal with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely! See stress treatments, at ezy build, below, in section 42!. A certain level of stress is unavoidable, in modern society, so it is a good idea to develop effective coping methods!. Light to moderate daily exercise helps fight stress!. For some people, it helps to visualise a quiet, relaxing scene (imagine, as vividly as you can, that you are on a tropical beach, reclining comfortably; you luxuriate, as the the sun warms you, and a gentle breeze caresses your skin lightly, inhaling the tangy, sea scented, salt laden spray from the sparkling, translucent, aqua waves, crashing on the white, coral beach sand, and feeling the hot sand slip through your fingers in one hand, sipping your favorite drink with the other; all the while, the seagulls call, swoop and cavort playfully overhead in a cloudless, azure sky: you feel just like one of them, free to soar and cartwheel, or just glide in the moist, heavy air, and that this moment will last forever !.!.!. )!.
