How can I make myself calm down?!


Question: How can I make myself calm down!?
Okay!. I have WAY too much stuff going on at the moment!. I was supposed to be at this church thing all day but I completely forgot about it, and my mom just screamed at me which made me feel horrible!. Then my dad's like "We're going driving" and I haven't been driving in over a month so I'm freaked out about that!. Also, tomorrow I have midterms and my mom has been on my back about it and she just told me "you better f**king ace all your tests" so now I'm super nervous about taking the tests because I want to please her!. And on top of all this, this guy I have a crush on gave me his email address but he's been ignoring me and now I'm all freaked!. Please help me calm down!?

And maybe you don't think my problems are that bad but they are and it's giving me a headache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah you seem to go through a lot of things right now!. There are days like that where everything seems to go wrong!. I would say that your best option would be to call a friend and get out of your house to clear your mind!. Talk about your problems to that person and try to stop thinking about it!. When you find yourself calmed down!. You can come back and try to fix one problem at the time without being overwhelmed!.

Remember one thing: Every problem have his solution!. Just take the time to calm down, breath , think!. By allowing yourself to loose control over your toughs, you loose control over the problem!. Being rational and calm will help you fixing every problem =)

Try and find an all-natural program that can help you "calm down" as you stated!. Taking prescription meds (a) cost money, (b) have side effects, and (c) aren't guaranteed!. This is why I recommend going the "natural" route!. You won't feel your problems compounding by the drowsiness, weight gain, lack of libido, etc from the meds!. Try the following website for plans to help gain some control over your mind!.!.!.

i know how you feel but i am only 14!. i have started to cut myself but don't try it!. if i were you i would screw my parents and tell them how i feel and tell them you would like support instead of getting yelled at!. and the guy you like ignore him and talk to other guys!. if he is ignoring you then hes not worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are putting too much stress in your life, you should learn how to relax and focus on what is essential in life and not to get mad with things that are normal in life and that will arrange alone like family live or this boy!.

If he is not calling at you don't think about, he will sooner or later or someone other will that will like you the way you are!.
