Question: I have been on short term disability for (3) months due stress amd depression!.!?
The company HR dept is telling I have to come back, but I am not ready to come back and the counselor I am seeing recommends I see a Psychiatrist to up my medication dose and get more help!. How do I get the company to give me more time to fix my problem and go back to work with a clean bill of health!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok if you can get a doctor or you counsellor to tell the disability people that you are not medically fit to return to work then they cannot legally force you to go back!. If they do and you loose your disability you can sue them for damages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
