Anorexia questions. help?????!


Question: Anorexia questions!. help!?!?!?!?!?
well i know i have the mind of a anorexic
since about the middle of 3rd grade i feel so guilty about eating!.
but im trying not to be this way i hate it so badly
people have tryed to hepl but its all i can ever think about and im 17 now!.
i fight to make sure i eat every day and tell my self over and over im going to dye if i go puck this up!.
if this something that happens to you how do you deal with it idon'tt like being this way=[
i used to not eatbarleyy anything now every day i make sure i have at least 1,500 cals a day!.but the guilt makes me just want to cry and just sleep
plz if you have ways to help tell me

I went through the exact same thing since i was in grade 4, now i only have one year left of high school and actually it's been a month since I've stopped thinking like, maybe a bit less then a month!. How!? Well, I just decided that enough was enough and I want to live my future happily and all I want in my life is to have a great career and have a family!.

Now if I wanted to have a family, I realized i can't go starving myself because I knew that it won't be best for the child, whenever that child will come to life and I wouldn't be able to put myself threw the guilt if something goes wrong because of my stupid actions!.

As for what I eat now, it's mostly healthy things during the day and I think I pig out a bit during supper because that's the only meal I eat at home, but for breakfast I eat cereal and drink orange juice because it helps you concentrate, recess I have a fruit plate, lunch i'll have a jamaican patty and for supper, well it depends!. I've thought of this method since the beginning of the school year(on and off) and I've lost about 25 pounds, yes it's taking longer, but at least I'm not gaining it back like when I use to never eat!. Though I'm overweight so that's why I'm still losing weight or else I'd eat more!. 1500 calories is a very great amount to eat daily as long as it's balanced with exercise :)

Oh and also another reason why I stopped thinking like an anorexic is because I need to have a great career and in order to do that I need great marks, so I need to feed my body so that I can concentrate well in school,

That's why I stopped thinking that way!. The only things I can advise you from my own experience is that not eating is just going to make you gain more at the end, lower your self esteem, marks, concentration and social life!. Also you won't have such a great future and if you want to have a family one day well, it's very important that you have a new theory stick to your brain because that could make the difference between life or death, and that is nothing to take lightly!.

Anorexia is an illness which shouldn'tt be just shrugged off or passed by, it would probably do alot of good for you to see a professional to help, When you say the guilt makes you want to cry then sleep it sounds like you are struggling with depression!.Medical help would be the first step if i was in your shoes!.

maybe find some healthy foods that you really DO like!.!.!.!.A lot of fruits are good, and you can even make them into a smoothie! Or like, I love to eat cucumbers!. They're really light, but they fill you!. Don't feel like you need to eat a whole meal if you're not comfortable with it!. Just try different things and if you like them, put them on a "list" and then start eating all of those yummy foods on your "list" together and you'll get better in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My heart goes out to you!. The thing with eating disorders is that food really isn't the problem!. Are you a perfectionist!.!.!. do you have other aspects of your life that you feel guilty about!? What makes you feel guilty!? do you feel like your taking the food away from someone else!? or that you'll become "fat"!? or do you just feel guilty!?!?

what I would do would to eat a lot of carbs potatoes,chips,bread!.!.!.just think when your feeling guilty that if you hadn't have eaten that food it would have gone to waste!Why let food rot in the bin when your body needs it so much more!

You should really see a Dr!. to help get this under control now be for it's to late!. This is not something that will just go away on it's own!. You should find someone to talk to and u should not feel ashamed for having these thoughts!. But if u keep it in it will get worse!. Wish u the best!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seek counseling!. I would also suggest the book "Appetites" by Caroline Knapp - It is written by an anorexic and I think it really gets to the roots of women's struggle with food and much deeper issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat! go to mcdonalds and get yourself a two-cheeseburger meal! eat that for lunch! breakfast eat pancakes! dinner eat chicken! i dunno, but just eat! if you find yourself not eating, slap yourself or something!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think i know how you feel!. no matter what i feel fat!. i am totally grossed out of puking and i hate it!. so i wouldnt do that!. but i really just wanna stop eating until i feel comfortable with my body!. and when i eat a little bit i just wanna keep eating more!. then later i feel guilty for even eating!.
so you want help!? u need to seriously look at urself and compare to everyone you know!. are you really fat!? or are you just skinny but think your fat!. if you seriously think you should go on a diet!. go on a diet, exercise!. although it will take some time to get slim!. you WILL feel good about yourself!. but if you are thin and think you are fat!. talk to someone you really trust!. maybe a phycologist or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know someone who went threw anorexia and bulimia it is not a thing you want to risk or go threw!.

If you have the mind of one maybe you should see a therapist, but if you don't then!.

If you think you are overweight dieting HEALTHY is a good way to go 1,500 calories is good!.!. maybe try for 2,000!.!.!.!. aim for that, and if you don't reach that it's okay!.
Excersing is also very good!. if you feel like you ate too much try running on a tredmill!.!.!. or doing cruches!.!.!. or push-ups anything, BUT don't overload!.
Just make sure you keep your at least 1,500 calories!.
Most likely you should not feel bad about eating it is good for you, serious risks can happen if you go down the wrong path!. Eating good foods might make you feel better like eating fruits and vegetables and salads, and more smaller portions may make you feel like you are eating reasonable, but keep eating and don't feel like you have to starve to be skinny it is not worth it!. Food tastes GOOD so enjoy it!.!.!. focus on having a good time with your friends instead of how skinny you look!. Just eat healthy, excersise and have fun, and stop WORRYING!.!.!.!. just KEEP eating whatever you do!

Find different types of food that you like!. They can be healthy and you don't have to eat cookies and chips nessacarilly!. Find foods that don't make you feel guilty and work out! You will feel that you "earned" the right to eat the foods you want to, without the guilt!. I struggled with feeling this way myself and I always felt self conscious before I became a workout maniac!. I researched and joined my local gym and now I'm at a healthy weight and don't feel guilt about eating the foods I love!. Now I'm stronger and I really enjoy going to the gym with friends and meeting new people!. I hope you feel better!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please do not become anorexic or bulimic it is a horrible diease to battle

I was just like you growing up but I became anorexic at age 11 it eventually turned into bulimia also!. I've been in and out of rehab and I've almost died twice, once I had a mild heart attack while I was 16 while I was playing softball!. At my worst I was 75 pounds, believe me honey you do not want this disease!. I'm 22 and I'm still at war with this!. Please I am begging you don't even attempt to start giving into "ANA" and "MIA"

Just eat low carbs low calories, stay away from junk food and fast foods just eat healthy and work out!. I'm 5'0 and weight 98 pounds, 34c/27/40 I'm very curvy but thin!. I wish I didn't have this disease and could look in the mirror and not feel like a fat slob but I have the mind of an anorexic and its what I see!.
