more precisely,can books increase memory, if not why is it good too read besides vocab and what type of music is best for the brain if any, and anything else you can think of besides chess and brain teaser games!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Classical music like beethoven and mozart and bach are good for the mind!. Books help with vocabulary that's about it!. Playing brain games will obviously help out the brain!.
The brain is a muscle, the more you work it out and have it do problems and stuff, the stronger and bigger it gets!. So if you are doing puzzles that make you Think, then your brain is getting a work out!.
