Why do you think people commit suicide early in their lives, a lot of the time in their early twenties!? It's because they have anxiety!. Anxiety is extremely powerful, it can destroy your life!. Social anxiety can cause you to lose your friends, and ruin any chance of having a relationship with the opposite sex!. It's not just physical, it's emotional too!. Anxiety=depression!. You can lose your job, or get addicted to drugs because of anxiety!. There are medications such as zoloft or cymbalta, but I've taken cymbalta and I believe those medications are an excuse for pharmacists and doctors to pick up their paychecks!. The only way I know of to possibly get rid of anxiety, is to practice relaxing everyday, relaxing your muscles!. Anxiety is tense muscles!. How do I know this!?
