Salvation does not come in a pill as far as I'm concerned, unless that pill is an opioid!. My doctor put me on an MAOI called Parnate as a last resort since Zoloft, Prozac, Cymbalta, tricylics, and lithium failed, and now my weight is down in the basement!. So I stopped taking them!.

I have bipolar disorder which also means that at times i am depressed!. I take an antidepressants called fluoxentine (prozac) and it has been a miracle drug for me and I would recommend it to anyone who is depressed!. It saved my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It just depends on what type of depression you have and how severe it is!. I use to take Lexa-pro and I didn't like the way it made me feel!. But I lost 15 lbs while on it! lol
