I need some therapy advice?!
Question: I need some therapy advice!?
I want to see a therapist, but i dont have the money, is there any free online counseling or something like that!? I don't need long-term just a few sessionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

-- Some churches will provide some basic counseling for free or low fee!.
-- At some schools that teach counseling, to be counseled by one of the students can be free or low fee!.
-- If you are in High School or College, take advantage of your school counseling office!.
-- Call your local Mental Health or Behavioral Health office, ask what the fee would be for someone with your level of income!. (I heard of one where it costs less than $50 for an entire year for a person with no income)
-- You can call or write to radio shows like Focus On the Family, they have a huge staff of counselors who respond to callers / writers!. They are located in Colorado Springs (Look up their website)

Not online, however you can call the suicide hotline although your not suicidal and just talk to them!. they can help!.

Lots of therapists will work with you on a sliding scale!. I had one who charged me $5 a session!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
