Success in vitamins/homeopathy to treat symptoms of depression?!

Question: Success in vitamins/homeopathy to treat symptoms of depression!?
I have been using kali phos to treat symptoms of anxiety combined with b12, zinc and magnesium supplements!. They do take the edge of the anxiety but I am just wondering if you have any advice on a combination that can really help lift depression!?

I don't wanna go onto meds cos it is very mild depression and can't afford CBT as would have to go privately!.!.!. Also, have tried St Johns Wort which didn't really help at all and Valerien root just made me wanna sleep all the time along with upset stomach!.
