Question: How do I cure my fear of spiders!?
Everytime I see one, I'm like "OMGZ MUMMY SAVE ME!" and I'm ment to be the man about the house >:(

have you ever been around a spider while being on some kind of high!? it's kind of off the topic but if you've ever done it, you really realize just how much the way you think can affect your body!. it's all in your head!. you think about the way they look and the movements they make and your body's reaction is to just flip out!. find a way to control yourself while you look at pictures or videos of them!. try to take the images in, take them for what they are!. observe all the little details, think about what they are trying to do when they move, where they are going, what their little body parts do!. once you can do that, you can start trying that with live spiders and the fear should go away or at least ease up to the point where you can kill them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
