Has anyone had bad side effects taking LEXA PRO?!
Question: Has anyone had bad side effects taking LEXA PRO!?
I started taking it for anxiety attacks!. I still feel sick and depressed even though my attacks have gone away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it can make you feel suicidal or like hurting others!.!.!.dont take it!.!.!.!.theres other stuff out there that will work!. just keep trying!. Try effexor or just plain beta blockers!.!.!.they work well for anxiety and dont make you feel anything but calmer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was on Lexapro when I was 15 to deal with "general anxiety & mild depression!." My parents were having a lot of really serious problems and needless to say, I was upset about it!. My mother talked to my doctor while I wasn't in the room and I came back in and he was writing the prescription!. I was so upset with her because it wasn't like I couldn't get out of it, my emotions were a very natural reaction to the circumstances!.

I can say that I never felt anxious while on it!. However, I became angry the first few weeks and any time when I would skip it for a bit and then start it again!. Also, the reason I was stopping was because it took away my ability to feel anything, good or bad!. Sure, I wasn't feeling really down, but I didn't feel any kind of good!. It was like just being on an emotional plateau!. I finally stopped taking the medication and told my mom that I felt I didn't need it and that it wasn't a big help, and luckily she agreed!. Also, I haven't had any severe problems with anxiety or depression since, which proves my point about just reacting to what was going on around me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took it once, only for a short while, and I quit taking it voluntarily because it made me sleep VERY hard!. At the time, I had both a toddler and an infant, and I was too afraid that I wouldn't hear them if they cried in the night!. Other than the hard sleeping, I didn't really have any bad symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah, it actually made me have suicidal thoughts, thats a scary thing i was using it for anxiety!. :XWww@Answer-Health@Com
