NO, you are not crazy or schizophrenic, you just have some anxiety, don't listen to anyone that tells you, you are crazy because you aren't!. Also you may feel you are going crazy because you are home 24!.7!. That would drive me crazy too!. I would hate that!. You need to go out and get a job that would make you feel soooooo much better i promise you!. You could also have a little bit of OCD, you should seek professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going with Gabe on this one!.

I recently had a similar 'breakdown' like you did (sorry, can't find the right word) and thought I [somehow] got/developed OCD -- and following shortly after, anxiety!. I read what 'OCD' was on Wikipedia and nearly fell on the floor curled up in a ball!. All the descriptions matched what I was feeling/doing/etc, but a week or two later it dissapeared!. It was very weird why I suddenly felt like I did!.!.!.

Just keep it off your mind, that's the anxiety getting to you!. If you only recently started feeling like this, I doubt you have schizophrenia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think your crazy!. is it sort of i need to do something with my life crisis!? cos im 17 and im extremely prone to anxiety and panic attacks and thinking about that doesnt help it and makes it worse!.
Im not going to diagnose you cos its not my job but maybe you need to get out more too, even if it is for like 10 mins, because your home for so long it can make you depressed and really anxious!. like cabin fever!. i hope i have helped a little!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like anxiety!. Just try to focus on something else!. Pick an item or a subject, and anytime you get those thoughts, think of that item or subject!. Do deep breathing, and try to meditate for at least 10 minutes per day!.

If this doesn't help, go to the doctor, get some anxiety meds, and start seeing a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest it sounds like you WANT to be schizophrenic or diagnosed with another serious disability!.

That is just anxiety!. You worked yourself up over it and aer now so worried or anxious about having a disorder such as this!. You dont have it!. You are also deffinatly NOT schizophrenic!.

Dont listen to the guy above me at all!. You have no symptoms of schizophrenia at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i agree with gabe , dont listen to moon unit, he does not have a clue what he is talking about - it sounds jusy like anxiety, agoraphobia or social phobia, a therapist or cbt could probably be best to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like schizophrenia to me!. You should get that checked out!. When you start to blur the line between what's real and what's not, then you've crossed over!. There's a split in the mind!. Unfortunately there's no cure, but there's medicine you can take that can help curb some of the effects!. If not, the situation will just gradually degenerate to where you'll completely lose yourself all together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An anxiety disorder is classified only once it has inhibited your life in a certain way!. You COULD be suffering from panic attacks, however, there are many different types of anxiety disorders!. Being unemployed certainly does not help your situation!. Perhaps you are feeling anxious about getting a new job!? One way to relieve anxiety is to take your mind off of the adverse thoughts!. Try going to the gym a few times a week, or running for half an hour!. When you are done, you will be so tired that you will have no energy to be worried! Another helpful tip would be to talk to a close family member or best friend!. If all that fails, then I would suggest going to a psychologist or psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
