were you,i would commit these voices and
THEIR voices to pen and paper,and also
transfer your writing to a tape cassette
recorder!. record to the best of your memory
what these voices are saying to one another
such as,do they argue with each other,and
are they all male voices,or some of them
female!.this would make for a great book!.
or newspaper column story,who knows
maybe even for a local tv news story!.why
not use this to your advantage,and don't
think of it as be some kind of disorder!. i
too have had this same experience for 3
years,til one day,they disappeared!.and
in a way,i kind of miss them,and their
banter!.i hope you consider my advice!.
see what the voices think!.i hope they

Yes these voices are called your cautions! Your brain is playing tricks on you perhaps this could be multiple personalities well sometimes you might have the good voice warning you this is bad don't do it!. When there is also the bad voice telling you to go ahead do it it will be good!. In movies perhaps you seen it the angel on one shoulder and the devil in the other shoulder this is just a conversation between the both voices!
