What are some ways to deal with depression ?!

Question: What are some ways to deal with depression !?

I have felt so sad and lonely today!. I tried to hang out with friends but they had other plans already so I took my dog to the park!. That was a mistake cause I saw some people my age there hanging out with each other all happy and it made me feel even more lonely and sad :( I usually listen to music when I'm depressed but sometimes (like today) that doesn't make me feel any better!. What are some ways to deal with depression!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
