I think I have Depression?!


Question: I think I have Depression!?
My friend said my eyes look so empty
I over think everything and I cry whenever I'm alone and its always a battle with my emotions
I've thought of suicide!.!.but not seriously, but sometimes I just loose control of my emotions, with crying

Depressing is a serious matter that affects many people!. It should not be treated lightly, yet, it CAN be treated!.

Firstly, you MUST try and reach out for help!. Countless of people suffer from depression, yet only a select few take the initiative to get help!. Help can come in many forms!. If you live outside of the States, do a little reaserch on the internet; something will bound to pop up :)

Seconldy, as my own little bit of advice, I would like to say, stay positive! You are beautiful in every way, and try not to let things get you down!. Depression can sometimes be a result of genetics, which is completely understandable, as you can not control the depressive emotions yourself!. However, I can assure you that with a little positive thinking, your situation will become a little less tolerable!. Still, I URGE you to seek immeadiate medical help before this situation worsens!. Suicide is anger turned inwards!. You need to get all your anger out in a positive way, such as in writing poetry, or art!.
Write down the things in your life that are making you feel this way, then start to work on changing whats making you unhappy!.
Read books on how to raise your self-estseem and positive thinking!.
Learn to believe in yourself and focus on your hopes and dreams!.
Everytime you get a negative thought replace it with a positive thought, such as I am a good person and I deserve to be happy!.
Sometimes if you are tired and are not eating properly you can end up depressed!. Try to eat three healthy meals a day, and lots of fruit and vegetables!. And you will need to get a good nights sleep, so try to go to bed earlier!. Keep some soft,positive,serene, music playing in the background so you will drift off to sleep!. Keep positive, healthy, thoughts in your mind as you drift off to sleep!.
Join some clubs/hobby groups, where you will be around people with the same interests as yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dear friend,
I do not think you have depression!. Just because you may think that whatever you do, you do it wrongly!. Right!?
My suggestion is, you should be more confident by reducing the time you are alone!. Keep going out with your friends, chatting, eating, playing!.!.!. everything that you like and share your problems with your best friends, so that they can help you!. ( you can sometimes chat with me), lol!.

you could be depressed!. but it probably just a chemical imbalance!. you might just want to go talk to a doctor and see if he help!. especially if you have no ideal at times why u suddenly sad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
