Should I move in with my bipolar girlfriend?!

Question: Should I move in with my bipolar girlfriend!?
So I stared dating my girlfriend just after new years eve!. Things have been going really well!. We just started talking about moving together sometime this summer!.

Any way last weekend while we were talking she told me she was bipolar and has been taking medication for it since she was 17 (now 27)!. She is a college graduate and is gainfully employed so if she does experience any symptoms from being bipolar it has not had any effect on her career!.

Basically I am just worried that if we started dating right during an manic phase of the disorder that she is associating that feeling with me!. If she hits a down swing I am not sure what to expect!.

How well does the medication for bipolar disorder work!? Should I really even be concerned about this!? If she had not told me about it I never would have known / guessed she had it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
when successfully medicated we are just like everyone else!. Learn everything you can about the disorder but if she is stable enough that you didn't notice anything, I wouldn't worry about it!. Of course she could in the future swing again which is why you should be educated!. If you love her, don't worry about the bipolar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
