Question: Why am i so tired all the time!?!!?
im 13 and im the type of person that is very hyper and fun!. but im starting get very boring and tired!. my eyes wont open in the classes!.!.!.!. but somtimes!.!.!.!. im wicked hyper when i have alots of sugar!. and i laugh alot!. i mean like alot alot!.!.am i wasting too much energy laughing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many reasons for tiredness!. At 13, a common reason is not enough sleep!. You should be getting 8 or 9 hours a night!. If you are not eating an adequate breakfast, it will cause you to be tired!. If you change these things in your life and are still having trouble, you should see your health care provider!. I laugh a lot too but I'm always hyper could be what you're eating making you lose energy make sure to eat carbohydrates and protein especially at that age!. Don't dehydrate yourself get sleep and eat lots of food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be that your iron levels are low, we get our daily intake of iron from foods such as red meat, if your not eating enough of this it could be that you developing anemia try talking to your doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
