Lol yes it's very normal! I too sometimes become very tired after being angry!. It's because we use a lot of pretty much wasted energy by acting like maniacs and not really realizing it until after!. We don't realize it because are emotion of anger (which is a very strong thing) takes over us completely and that's all we're focused on!. My advice would be to try to possibly control your anger so you don't let it get to such an extreme (if that's even possible for you)!. Just constantly be working on it!. Look at it as an on going thing and and just constantly be working on it every time you become angry!. Or you could just channel your uncontrollable anger in exchange with something else!. Like something you enjoy doing!. It works for me!. Or maybe you could use little remedies for help and support!. Like each time you get mad scribble on some paper or get a ball and squeeze it!. Stuff like that!. Just keep working on it and don't let your anger take over you and make you feel fatigued!. If you don't stop it now then it's just going to get worse and you'll end up hurting yourself or somebody else and you'll regret it later!. As I said: getting mad to such an extreme is unhealthy and ultimately a huge waste of time! Instead of wasting our energy on getting upset we can use it to benefit us!. Make the change and I guarantee you'll be a much happier person! Trust me I know!. I wish you luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
