Help wiht stress management????????????!


Question: Help wiht stress management!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?/!?
I am always stressed out and my friends are starting to notice!. they say when they look at me i seem sad or upset about something!. i cry alot and i neve rknow why!. i am having trouble sleeping and when i start to get stressed out i swear i can feel my heart beat!. is there any way to help magage this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do what i do and i get really stressed, sit in your room close your door, keep all distractions away and close your eyes and have soft relaxing music in the background, also

before you go to sllep @ night, lay in bed and count your breaths, do it like this:

breath in-1 2 3 4 5

Hold your breath of 1

breath out-1 2 3 4 5

hold your breath for 1 2

breath in-1 2 3 4 5

hold your breath for 1 2 3

breath out-1 2 3 4 5

hold your breath for 1 2 3 4

breath in-1 2 3 4 5

Hold your breath for 1 2 3 4 5

breath out- 1 2 3 4 5

then go count do from five!.

When you start to feel this way take a very deep breath in through your nose slowly and as you are breathing in breath in like you are filling your belly with air so deep until your belly is full!.!.!.actually expand your belly as you are breathing in!. Then slowly exhale pushing all of the air out of your belly slowly by as the aire releases pull your belly in!. You are having anxiety you can do one on many things deep yoga type breathing is one of them, drinking water when you "hear" your heart beating is another!. Going to talk to someone like a counselor therapist even your guidance counselor at school!. You are young there are alot of things that teenagers "stress over"!. They is alos anti-anxiety medication that they can prescribe but I would try one of these other things firstWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem sometimes, it helps if you make a list or write down how you feel about things before you go to bed, i do it and now i can rest with a clear head, you will feel like that problem is resolved even though its not, that way you can sleep!. I make lists for everything i have to do, for example, errands or calls i have to make, after i do it i cross them off as i complete the task it relieves so much stress!. Don't sweat the small stuff, remember you cant change the world by yourself so if its not your problem let it go, i used to let family stuff get to me, now i just say i have too much on my plate and chose to stress about their problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1, on a piece of paper, write down the feelings that you are having currently and the reasons right next to it!.
e!.g:- 1, feeling bad ----" because of government exam"
2, make a title , could be " PROBLEMS"
3,after you finish writing down all your problems with reasons, go to the next step, " ANSWERS"
4, listen to your self and write down your answers!. Remember you will definitely find your cures from your self, just listen to your self, u will find answers!. ty to answer all of your questions!.

Y r u so stressed!? If there's just 2 much on ur schedule, u mite need 2 drop something!. Melatonin helps me sleep, so does eating just b4 I go 2 bed(it won't make u fat, I swear)!. I cry a lot when i feel like I'm working my hardest w/out getting the results I want!. sometimes lack of sleep brings my stress levels down!. Idk y!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do is slow down and take a breath as often as you can!. If you have a very high pace life, slowing down every once in a while could help you!.

If you haven't already, try talking to a doctor to hear their recommendations!.

You could have an anxiety disorder!. I have one and I know how you feel!. Try 5 htp or st!. Johns wort both r great for anxiety!. Just make sure you don't mix the two!. This could lead to serotonin syndrom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Smoke weed, just like Snake said!. You might think it's a joke but it will help, and it's much safer (besides the legal issue) than taking any anti depressant doctors give you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
