I have a serious problem and i need your help!. I masturbate a lot, watch porn a lot over the years it has grown with time!.
I am 24 now, still a virgin!. Can't have girl friend and pre-marriage sex because of religious/society obligations!. I am expecting marriage to be somewhere around 4 years from now!.

A good way to control it is by occupying yourself with things to do!. A common reason for masturbation is because one gets bored and their mind wanders to the subject of sex!. Another way to effectively defend yourself from doing it is to go out spend time with people ect!. because you will not do it in those situations!.
