I kinda ate alot today, i feel guilty, how to i become okay with that?!


Question: I kinda ate alot today, i feel guilty, how to i become okay with that!?
By the way im 13 years old, 98 pounds, in case you wanna know

okay but i kinda ate alot more junk food then normal and alot morre food then normal, i dont know why but i did, i mean i didnt eat a ton of stuff but more then i should have!. I have a problem, i cant eat 1 thing without feeling guilty (even healthy) so today i feel terrible about what i atee, i have soccer practice but even after that i still feel bad!. Can anyone help me not feel so guilty and not so fat!?


in case your wondering what i ate

breakfast- fiber one ceral + fruit juice
Lunch- An apple (didnt have a big lunch)
snack- Some cashews and some chips
Dinner- Subway tukey cheese and lettece sub with baked chips and 1 oatmeal raisan cookie
Snack- Yogart (didnt have it yet but planning on it because i know i will be hungry later)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did not eat enough in one day for your age and weight!.

You are feeling guilty about the wrong thing!.
Consider fueling your body for your activity level,
And your mind for your brain activity for doing schoolwork!.
It's call eating for health!.
Be kind to yourself, learn to love yourself as you are,
