GUYS! Help! DO I have OCD!?!

Question: GUYS! Help! DO I have OCD!!?
Umm, okay!.!. soo!.!.
I think I have OCD!
I can't let ANYBODY touch me, and when somebody does, I panic!. I have to run to the bathroom and wash my hands!.
I have all these weirds habits, such as twitching my nose and winking one eye!. If I don't do this, I have this AWKWARD feeling in my nose and eyes!. If something touches one side of my body, it ABSOLUTELY HAS to touch the other side!. I always have the urge to roll my eyes and many people think I'm rolling my eyes at them, but really I'm just doing it because there's a strong urge DEMANDING that I roll my eyes! When I was young, I used to HAVE to cross out crows everytime I saw them!. I'd make a little X in the air, and if I didn't!.!. well, there was no IF!. I ALWAYS did it!
I'm always twiddling my fingers, it's an annoying habit!.!. and I'm always shaking!. I hate having people around me, and I hate door-knobs!. I usually get people to open the door for me(such as a friend)!. Sometimes I feel the urge to open and close the door three or four times before I actually walk through it!. Sometimes(now I don't do this because I don't want holes in my wall), I feel this EXTREMELY strong urge to punch my wall! I'm always doing this strange thing with my throat, it's like I'm clicking it or something!.!. I have this strange feeling with the left side of my body!.!. if ANYTHING touches the right side, it HAS to touch the left side!. If I'm talking and somebody interrupts me, I HAVE to start over!. I don't throw anything away!.!. I have really disturbing thoughts(sometimes I think of ways to kill people, and it's scary but they won't go away)!. I cut my skin and I'm always chewing my nails and cracking my knuckles!.
Do I have OCD!? Is there any way to get checked for it!?

it sounds like you do have many OCD-like compulsions!. OCD takes form in many ways, and if your urge to do something obsessively and compulsively gets in the way of your functioning, for example, if it causes you to miss school or work, or if it interferes with your social life, you should seek help!.

cutting your skin is dangerous, and self-injury can result in death or permanent scarring!. i think you should see a doctor for sure, and explain all of these symptoms!.

check with your health insurance or local clinics to see how you can be referred to a psychiatrist for evaluation!. the psychiatrist will ask you a series of questions about your habits, functioning and personal happiness and satisfaction!. they will be able to determine the best way to help treat these harmful and often painfully frustrating habits!. often, medications such as SSRIs which help with depression can curb obsessive compulsive behavior!.

i hope this helps!. i would definitely recommend seeing a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
