Can being deprived of sleep make you unmotivated to do anything?!


Question: Can being deprived of sleep make you unmotivated to do anything!?
For that last couple years i been going to bed at 1:00 to 3:00 and waking up at 6:00 to go to school can that make you real unmotivated to do anything!? like play sports or do homework, work out ect!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it really does effect you, ive had a similar sleep pattern for around the last 3 years and i cant get out of it, i go nights where i wont sleep, then theres days whee i can barely stay awake, really ruined my studies over the last 2 years and this has caused other factors to really ruin my life, seriously consider changing cos while its fun at first eventualy you'll get to the point wheee you wish you could change and then trust me its really hard to get back into a sleep routine, thats what ive found from my experience anyway!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, definitely!. 8-12 hours of sleep is recommended, but not always achieved by most people!. A long, restfull nights sleep can help rejuvenate your body and mind!. Being tired and drowsy all day is incredibly annoying and distracting!.!.!.!.the only thing you're body wants to do is sleep!

Try getting to bed earlier!. It will make a world of a difference!. If you have trouble getting to sleep, stop by your local health food store and pick up a bottle of Melatonin pills!. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone in the brain associated and involved in sleep!. It works like a charm!.

absolutely lack of sleep can make you unmotivated!. i mean just imagine how hard your body is having to work just to try and keep you awake and just functioning normally!.
